These products are manufactured using machine-cut porcelain slab techniques rather than being moulded in a single piece. Due to the inherent characteristics of the material and the cutting process, minor edge chipping may occasionally occur. In some cases, such imperfections may not be identified during packing, and in others, they may arise during handling, transport, or even during installation.
Based on our experience, there have been cases where customers ordered quantities that matched their project requirements exactly. During installation, a small number of pieces were found to have chipped edges or became unusable due to cutting or handling. As a result, additional materials were required to complete the project.
Please be aware that by purchasing these products, customers are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these characteristics. Minor edge chipping is considered a normal occurrence within this product category, and requests for returns or replacements based solely on such issues will not be accepted.
To avoid disruption to your project, we strongly recommend ordering slightly more than the exact calculated area. Additional material is particularly important for edging planks and setts, as these products are frequently cut on site to achieve a better visual finish. During cutting, breakage or further chipping may occur, which is a normal part of installation.
Ordering only the exact required quantity often leads to unnecessary complications if a small number of pieces become unusable. In such situations, arranging a small additional delivery can be inefficient, costly, and time-consuming for both the customer and the supplier. Ordering a modest surplus at the outset is therefore a more practical and cost-effective approach, helping to ensure a smoother installation process.
