Due to the inherent characteristics of the material and processing methods, minor edge chipping may occasionally occur on some slabs. Such imperfections may not be fully detectable during packing and can also occur during transit.
Please be aware that by purchasing these products, customers are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these natural characteristics. Requests for returns or replacements due to minor edge chipping will not be accepted.
To avoid material shortages during installation caused by unusable pieces with chipped edges, we strongly recommend ordering slightly more than the exact required area. As these products are often used for decorative or accent purposes and are relatively affordable, ordering with more is both practical and cost-effective, helping to ensure smooth project completion without significantly impacting your budget.
