Thank you for ordering the Stone Cladding samples. As noted in the product description, I would like to briefly repeat the sample delivery information here.
Our 4 panels sample box is taken directly from full wooden crate where the quality is always intact. These sample box is sent by Parcelforce without any additional reinforcement. Based on our experience, Parcelforce's sorting process may sometimes involve rough handling, which means that some stone looses may become detached from the backing board during transit.
Please note that these samples are provided solely to help you understand the material's natural characteristics, texture and shape. For any future formal order, we will deliver the goods by pallet network with proper reinforcement. From our long-term experience, detachment or breakage of stone cladding panels with pallet deliveries is extremely rare.
We kindly ask you to confirm whether you would like us to proceed with the sample order, with the understanding that some loose stone pieces may become detached during transit. If you do not accept the possibility of detachment during transit and prefer a replacement or a refund instead, we can cancel the order for you. Refunds are normally processed by the Shopify system within 2–4 days.
The samples will be dispatched by Parcelforce once we receive your confirmation. Once the samples are dispatched, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If we do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
