Our delivery is a standard kerbside service using either an 18-tonne or 12-tonne tail-lift vehicle depending on access. The driver will unload the pallet at the kerbside of main road — they are not obliged to move the pallet to a specific location on your driveway, particularly if the surface is gravel, sloped, or otherwise unsuitable.
If the kerbside drop-off is close to customer's drive and flat, solid OK, and customer is able to assist, the driver may be willing to help move the pallet further. However, this is entirely at the driver’s discretion and not guaranteed.
