STAIN-PROOF® Premium Impregnating Sealer (formerly known as STAIN-PROOF Original™) is an invisible, breathable, impregnating sealer that provides premium, long-term protection for natural stone, tiles, pavers, concrete, brick, and grout. It helps prevent staining from both water- and oil-based contaminants, as well as damage caused by water and dissolved salts. Treated surfaces—indoors or outdoors—stay cleaner and look better for longer.

Warranty
A 15-year written performance warranty is offered when applied by a Dry-Treat Accredited Applicator according to instructions and maintained with the approved system. Spills should always be cleaned up promptly.
Basic Application Guidelines
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and between 5°C–35°C (40°F–95°F). Avoid water contact for 6 hours after application.
- Apply undiluted product using a low-pressure sprayer or microfiber applicator. Surface should appear wet for 3–5 seconds.
- Reapply a second coat before the first dries (wet-on-wet). Coverage depends on porosity – approx. 1L per 2–25 m².
- After final coat, wait 10 minutes, then thoroughly polish with a clean, dry white cloth to remove excess.
- Allow 24 hours for initial curing. Full chemical bonding and performance is achieved in 3–4 weeks.
Storage & Safety
Highly flammable liquid and vapour. Causes eye and skin irritation. May harm fertility or unborn children. Suspected of causing genetic defects. Use with adequate ventilation. Keep away from heat and ignition sources. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area.
First Aid
In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. If inhaled, move to fresh air. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist.
