Small Order Policy: First-Time Purchase is Less Than a Full Pallet

Under our current policy, the minimum order quantity for a first purchase of this product is one full pallet. Split packs are only available as supplementary quantities where a full pallet alone is not sufficient for the project. Please view our split packs policy here.

As accidental transport damage, including breakage, chips, or cracks, may lead to replacement requests and associated losses, we are unable to proceed with this order under normal terms. As a result, the order would need to be cancelled and refunded through our usual process.

However, if you would still like us to proceed with delivery in order to meet your specific project needs, we can arrange this on the understanding that any accidental delivery damage, including breakage, cracks, or chips, would not be claimable. Please let us know whether you wish to proceed on this basis.

To help mitigate any very occasional damage during transport, we strongly recommend ordering a few extra pieces. This ensures your project can proceed smoothly even in the unlikely event of minor breakage or transit marks.

If we do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled automatically and your payment will be refunded. Refunds are usually received within 2 to 4 working days according to Shopify's standard processing time.
