We will adjust the surcharge based on the tariff standards of the third-party delivery partner without prior notice. The final applicable surcharge will be confirmed by our company.
When customers outside our standard delivery area place an order but overlook the surcharge payment, we will send a surcharge payment request via email. Delivery will only be arranged after the payment is received. If the customer refuses to pay the surcharge, we may incur a loss, and the order will be cancelled and refunded.
We appreciate this may be an oversight and if this has not been budgeted for we can, of course, cancel the transaction. Either way, when we speak we can agree on the best course of action.
