FixJoint is a high-performance, two-part epoxy jointing compound designed for use with natural stone, porcelain and concrete paving across a wide range of external landscaping applications.

Combining the durability of an advanced epoxy system with wet-weather application performance, FixJoint can be installed in damp and rainy conditions, providing greater flexibility and helping to minimise weather-related delays.

Once cured, FixJoint forms a strong, durable and permeable joint that resists weed growth, washout, frost damage and pressure washing. The advanced epoxy system provides excellent bond strength and long-term performance while maintaining a clean and attractive finish.

Suitable for patios, pathways, courtyards, driveways and other external paved areas, FixJoint is designed to meet the demands of both residential and commercial projects.

Preparation

Ensure the paving is firmly bedded, stable and suitable for the intended load. Joints must be clean and free from dirt, oil, weeds and loose material, with a minimum width of 5 mm and a minimum depth of 20 mm.

Thoroughly wet the paving and joints, allowing any standing water to drain before application.

Mixing

Wear suitable PPE. Place the pre-mixed resin and aggregate blend into the tub, then add the entire contents of the hardener bottle.

Mix with a suitable paddle mixer for approximately 3–5 minutes until completely uniform.

Application

Keep the paving wet throughout application. Pour the mixed material directly onto the surface and use a rubber squeegee to work it firmly into the joints.

Compact the material using a suitable jointing tool, then sweep diagonally across the paving with a soft brush to remove excess material.

Ensure the joints remain completely filled and remove all residue before the product begins to cure. Protect freshly applied joints from heavy rainfall or strong water flow until fully cured.

Tool Cleaning

Wash tools with warm, soapy water immediately after use and before the resin cures.
