Delivery

All prices include standard tail-lift delivery within 3 to 6 working days.

  1. Deliveries are made within 3-6 working days of the order being placed.
  2. Please do not book any trades people until you have taken receipt of your full order.
  3. Whilst every effort is made to deliver the products on the agreed delivery date (if this has been pre-arranged), we cannot be held responsible for matters beyond our control that may result in your order not arriving on the day specified.
  4. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any access problems before placing an order. If no one is at the property to sign for the delivery or the property is inaccessible, re-delivery charges will be applied.
  5. Please check over your goods at the time of delivery before signing the delivery note/POD. If you believe that there is an issue, accept delivery and sign for the goods as ‘Damaged’ to avoid any re-delivery charge and contact us immediately, and you must provide labels.

⚠️ Please do not schedule builders or hire tools before delivery to avoid any avoidable losses due to unforeseen delays.

The ETA provided by our team of order delivery is system-generated on third-party delivery network system and may occasionally differ from the actual arrival time. Delivery is handled through a relay system involving multiple depots and hubs. Based on our experience, small and infrequent delays are sometimes unavoidable — this is generally accepted within pallet transport logistics. It's similar to how shipping delays at port can occur for importers, or how a letter might arrive later than expected — no one can fully control the chain once it's in motion. There's a small chance of delay, which could result in avoidable costs on your side if builders or equipment are booked too early.

Chargeable Delivery Postcodes

Some postcodes are outside the FREE DELIVERY zone. Please send email to sales@pavingslabsuk.co.uk for information regarding the applicable surcharge for your area. If you happen to live in one following delivery zone, it’s important you contact our office first before making your purchase, then you need to follow the Delivery Surcharge in the link.

We are not accepting orders for delivery to North Ireland at present. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Delivery Failure

If a delivery fails due to narrow roads, steep slopes, or an unclear address, and the goods are returned, a charge of £150 to £200 per pallet will apply to cover the original and return delivery costs. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us in advance of any potential delivery issues, or to accept the risk of an unsuccessful delivery.

Whilst we will always make every effort to deliver the products on the agreed delivery date we can not be held responsible for matters beyond our control that results in your products not arriving on the day in question.

Please do not book tradespeople or hire equipment until you have received your order.

In the unlikely event of your product not arriving on the scheduled delivery day we will normally be able to deliver the products the next working day.

To keep costs low we use the most economic method of delivery.
